Another fun collaboration for literacy with Boonville Elementary School! Each year we promote reading through the Horse Tales Literacy program and host 1st and 3rd grades along with the special needs class for a farm day field trip. We teach students on grooming and basic horse knowledge, feeding, and schooling. We also have stations where students can read to the horses and finger-painting with the queen of the barn, miss Lady! 

Special thanks to our lesson students who volunteered to assist with the stations. We couldn't do it without you all: Lexi, Bailey, KG, Sadie, and Caroline.

Rain or Shine, the ladies of Team Astoria brought their A game to the HERO Open Show at Thoroughbred Training Center (TTC). So proud of these ladies, and their hard work is paying off! Congrats to Lexi, Bailey, Caroline, Madilyn, and Taylor on a great show!

This has been one of the hardest secrets to keep but I am ecstatic to announce that Arabian Horse Times has considered me as one of the Rising Stars of the year. I am honored to represent our Sport Horse divisions on this list, as well as the future of our breed.
